Setting up wifi on a dell axim x51v

through UPC....can anyone give me pointers on where I'm going wrong, tried setting it up the same way I did with my mobile which works but this just won't connect.. Do I go through Open/shared/wpa/wpa-psk? my network key is the 8 digits underside of router?

A web search suggests that the axim is only capable of the wifi 802.11b standard - your current wifi network probably won't be compatible with 802.11b - so you may have to change this in the settings of the UPC router.
