CCNA

Hi guys

Currently CCENT certified

Expires soon

I know CCNA has all changed

Question is do I need to do both exams ICND 1 and 2 or the Combined exam to get CCNA?

Or because I did the old ICND1 exam and passed, do I just do the new ICND2 exam to get CCNA before my CCENT expires?

You can do just the new ICND2 which will accompany your old CCENT/ICND1 to give you the CCNA qualification.

Generally when the exam code changes, the requirements for the cert change as well. So did the exam code change?

If by exam code you mean the exam numbers then yes they changed. Topics got shifted from the ICND2 to ICND1, additional topics got added and some topics were dropped.
This is why I'd be surprised if you could just marry an old ICDN1/CCENT exam with a new ICND2 exam to get the new CCNA.
