Eircom Broadband cancellation

    Hi ,

    Having cancelled my Eircom Broadband on the 25th of september 2013 via registered post why am I still being charged for Eircom Broadband.My latest bill(payment due by)shows broadband Unlimited usage allowance as 49.58 euro even thought I cancelled on the above date.Any help would be appreciated.
