I'd prefer he played tbh. None if my rivals have RVP. A good few have Rooney though and some have him captained.

With RVP not playing, chances are he'll start up front and be on the majority of set pieces.

    VAN PERSIE AND VIDIC OUT.

Van Persie did not travel with the rest of his team-mates who flew to the Welsh capital on Saturday evening.

Vidic will not be risked by David Moyes ahead of Wednesday’s testing Champions League visit to Leverkusen.

Youngsters Will and Michael Keane, who between them have made just one Premier League appearance for the club, have been added to the matchday squad ahead of United’s first ever trip to the Cardiff City Stadium.

I thought an injury to Will Keane scuppered a loan move to Wigan during the week yet he's now in the squad for today. Strange

Papers seem to be lieing more than usual lately. Sure SSN and a few papers had it during the week that Wilshere was injured. He even raised it himself in a MoTD interview.

Goal is a crap source. Wouldn't believe them.

Seems there's a RVP won't play rumor every week. I'd love if this one was true though. That would mean captain Rooney has less competition.

50 with Aguero(c) and Zab to play. 147k.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,397 ✭✭✭✭KevIRL

A drop of 18k places to 58k for me. Could have been a lot worse though. All will depend now on how Rooney and Augero go today with hopefully Rooney outscoring Kun.

Things looking good in my FFS cup game. I'm 4 points down but have Vlaar, Janujaz, amalfitano, Augero and Rooney (c) left v his ridge well, Augero and Rooney

48 with Zab, Yaya, Kun & Vlaar to play.
Hope to keep the upward trend going only 2 red in 12 but not much progress so far only gone from approx 10750 to 9800.

    Lescott likely to start today?

If not Michael Dawson gets auto subbed in for me :-/

I'm up against a top player on over 700, but have a 14 point lead going into today he has captain Aguero and Evra. I'll take 2-1 Spurs with Nasri scoring please...

At 189 in world overall atm with Aguero, Zabs and Yaya Toure to play. So please no Rooney goals and would actually prefer if Aguero did nothing, as my rivals have him as captain!

60 (-4) with Vlaar and Aguero left to play.

What result should I be looking for Aguero to score since he isn't my captain? Something like 1 assist should be my hope without any bonus points? Seems most that have him, have him as capt.

50 points with Aguero and ahem.... Bacuna :o still to play

Could have been a real cracking week if Ozil hadn't gotten the nod as captain.
First week in a while that I didn't take a points hit, Oscar and Lukaku.... you beauties

Seeing as most people have him as captain I'd want him to do nothing. If he and Rooney have a quite day today I'll be very happy.

34 with Aguero (c), Yaya, Sess and Townsend to play. Have 60 points to make up in my paid league. He doesn't have Aguero. Goal fest please!

A pitiful 19 points from yesterday still have aguero, evra and kyle walker to come in as a sub

Goals on Sunday must have been stuck for a guest today. I didn't think I knew the lad they had on and couldn't place him.

Turns out he played 100 times for Wolves between 1998 and 2010. I'd say even Harper the Hero has played more than that!

66 with only Aguero to play which seems decent from lookin down this trread. Lot more points than I expected this week tbh. FFS cup tie very tight, leading by 6 but other fella has Rooney and Yaya left to my Aguero so I'm probably goosed esp if RVP out.

Was thinking the exact same myself, never heard of him before today. Played with the England U21s too.

Had to laugh at Keane, he seems to have played with every player in the Premier League at some stage. :pac:

No Townsend, balls to that! Andros was touch and go over staying with my impending midfield shake up but looks like my decision is made for me. Even a cameo off the bench won't save him for long now

Ah here Matt Murray was class in championship manager back in the day, a very good shot stopper in real-life too!

Why? Pantilimon is not doing anything wrong.

Hopefully Yaya does the business today

    Predicting a goalfest here

True, but there must be some pressure on the manager to get Hart back in the team? I think if City lose today Hart will be back soon, can't imagine he has ideas that Pantilimon is a first choice keeper. He wasn't even first choice for most of his time at his previous club, some Romanian team that iirc has gone bust. I think Hart needed a break and will get his place back as soon as Pantilimon makes a mistake or City lose.
