Having problems with my 3G speeds the last 2 weeks in craughwell in Galway. It's getting very frustrating at this stage. We have mobile broadband and both our phones are Vodafone. Were 2 years here and this is our first real issue with Vodafone. We normally get good speeds with no issues.
Every time I ring I get the usual were working on the problem. It seems to be a problem between loughrea and Galway.
We just upgraded to iPhone 5s s and I just bought a new iPad and we can use none of our devises. It's like dial up speeds even tho we are showing 3G.

Does it really take 2 weeks to sort a problem!!!
Anyone in the area been onto them or anyone had similar issues in the past?

First off mobile internet is not broadband and there's a special forum for 3g called midband :

Too many possible reasons why your speeds are low some of them outside the control of your provider.

If you expect broadband then get broadband...

Yes it's mobile internet (not broadband) so you have to live with the limitations of the technology, like no connection or utterly slow service at times. There's nothing much we can advise you with, the people in the right forum know more about it.

So when you need to whine about it take it to the right forum ok?
