Are these standard (1" hole in them) or olympic?

    I see argos have 2x10kg for €39

and a deal if you got 3 sets of them
Save €26 when you buy 3 sets of Pro Power 2 10kg cast weights. To receive this offer, please add this product to your trolley 3 times. Offer ends 17 January 2014.

Irish lifting have them at a little more

Amazon is about the same as argos prices, you get free delivery

The irish lifting ones I got have a very good finish, while my argos black plates are nearly all showing signs of some rust. THe irish lifting ones are tri-grip ones so can be used on their own for other things, or can be nicer to use on dip belts. However they are usually a wider diameter, which could be a pro/con. I prefer narrower diameter so I can use them on dumbbells for some exercises.

    cool thanks a mill

I looked at the argos ones there thats a good deal at 39 will get them so... sure if they rust up a bit no matter they'll be stayin on the bar indoors for couple years anyways

I do like the tri grip ones coz ya can do other shtuff alright but weights have gotten very expensive last few years I remember when they were a quid a kilo somewhere near caple street years back

anyway cheers lads sorted - ya get what ya pay for I suppose
