sporadic picture freezing on BBC 3 & 4 HD

    Since tuning to the new BBC 3 & 4 HD channels, I find sporadic freezing in the picture on both.
    Spec:
    Sat Receiver : Fortec Star Passion Plus. Sig 67% Quality 100%


    BBC 3 HD 10847 V SR 23000
    BBC 4 HD 11024 H SR 23000
    Anyone else have this issue and what does “test transmission” mean?
    All other channels are fine.
    Thoughts welcome

    yeah, i have free to air sat set up and all the HD channels bar rte2hd freeze sparadically.

    BBC3 & 4 HD are test transmissions so its highly likely there will be issues to be ironed out before it officially launches.
