Hi There It was reported at the weekend that a skimming device was found on the atm of the Arklow branch, is there any indication of how long it was there for as I'm worried about my accounto thanks

We understand your concerns and appreciate the situation you are in.

We can confirm that a suspicious device was found and removed by the Gardai at an atm in Arklow recently. This incident is currently being investigated and we are advising all our customers who may have used this machine to keep a close eye on their accounts and report any unusual transactions to their account holding branch or BOI365 on 0818 365 365 / 003531 4044000.
