When did you order, they have been calling people since the start of the month, maybe you should go into them, if you have not heard from them by now your probably on the second batch.

Ordered In June and have been in a few times. Going in tomorrow to pay off the rest of the money, if they even suggest anything other than midnight launch to me, I will wreck the place and take my money elsewhere

Yeah you are best off going in then, you really should of got a call by now if you ordered in June.

I was just speaking with Amazon customer service. They said that if I change my delivery address it could result in a delay in dispatch.

He did suggest contacting them again once the PS4 has dispatched and see if they can get the carrier to change the address then.

The people who got calls from HN which store was it from? I ordered the killzone bundle online when they put it up a few weeks ago. I haven't had a call yet but I've been emailing the swords store and they keep saying its looking good for me for release day but can't say more...

So I called my local XV regarding my preorder. Although I was in the 2nd wave when I preordered initially (before all the info about bundles were available). They just told me that I am more than likely now will get it launch at now because there's a separate list for people wanted KZ bundle for €440. Sounds like bollox. But fingers crossed!

I think I'll stick as is, based on this and the above. Also, one or two people in the X1 pre-order thread saying they've been told by Amazon customer service that they'll have theirs tomorrow.

Amazon are always pessimistic with their estimated delivery date to cover their own arse anyways. I think it'll be Friday.

Anyone here pre ordered there ps4 in gamestop in waterford.pre ordered mine there back in June and haven't got a phone call yet.has anyone who pre ordered there's around the same time or after got a call yet.

I preordered mine on Gamestop Liffey St and haven't got the call neither. I asked twice in the shop and they told me to wait for the call and Gamestop Ireland twitter account still saying to ask in the store because they should tell us...

Ya sent them a message and they said they are calling people.was in store about a month ago and they told me I'd have one or launch day.hard too know really.

I would go into the store and ask them, they started calling people at the start of the month in most stores.

I think they're all busy this week with the Xbox One launch tonight. I'd say(Hope) they kick into PS4 launch mode 1st thing monday and sort it all out for the people still waiting.

Mine will not be that busy at all this week, they have 10 times as many orders for the PS4 than the XB1 and are staggering the release dates, next week will be panic stations for them

Called gamestop blanch just now, they will be calling from tomorrow to confirm , they have over 400 consoles to give out on launch night, anyone who upgraded to the killzone mega bundle before cut off will be called.

That's the problem that I went twice and they told me to wait for the call because is the manager of the store who is doing that. I don't understand how difficult is check the list and let me know right in place.

Just canceled all my game pre orders with GameStop over no bundles offers for online customers.

There were no apologies or any incentives to continue being their customer even though I have been querying bundles since August! It may seem trival but when u spend so much money at GS for years and are a serious gamer all your life then a console launch comes along once a decade it means a lot to you.

In fairness to gamestop online, I pre-ordered in Feb but when I went to use the coupon around E3, when I had to create a new order for the PS4, my order seemed to disappear, don't know whether it went through originally or if it just didn't go through properly. The site was being hammered at the time. Anyway I only noticed at the start of last month that the order had vanished and when I got in touch with them, it took a while, but they said that because I'd be a loyal customer that if I ordered straight away they'd put me down for a launch day console. I know other people have had different experiences, but for me their service has always been good. The lack of bundles is frustrating and the whole pre-order system for people who had ordered before E3 was frustrating too, but again when I mentioned my frustration the customer service person was actually very understanding and agreed they'd have to take a look at how they handle pre-orders in the future. Seems it depends a lot on who you get on the other end of the email.

If the console doesn't arrive next Friday though I might be having a bit of a rant though!

GameStop have shat on my cornflakes today also, had 200 off my PS4 and went up to pay the balance today and the manager woman told me I'm not getting a megabundle, just a standard KZ pack which I didn't even know existed!

I have no interest in the game, I just wanted the extras like camera, extra pad etc for a reasonable price asked could I switch back to my original 400 quid order to be told its too late, I'm fücking steaming, I assumed I was getting a megapack and not a standard one.....

At least I have these to stare at for a week....

Fair play to you! They won't be getting another cent from me either. Just this morning I received a few games from VGP that I would have bought in Gamestop.
The only difference is VGP are much cheaper and have good customer services, not the smart arses GS have on their twitter & FB accounts.
They really believe that they are doing the customer a favour!

Can I ask why you assumed you would get the megapack, did they ring you beforehand and offer one to you ?
