I for one would call him and others like him a scumbag!! He ridiculed and mocked vulnerable members of society & continued to do so online he is scum.

If you think every public facing worker respects every customer you're completely delusional.
Of course they're going to laugh at the weirdos and characters that come in, they just normally do it in the staff canteen or pub.
