Alternatively, you can use the URL you mentioned, simply remove the 's' from the https and you will no longer receive the message.

Hi Tow,

boi.ie is an old domain that is no longer in use by Bank of Ireland, however I can assure you that the bankofireland domain to which customers are redirected has an up to date SSL cert.
