Ryanair Name Change

Hi all,

I booked a ryanair flight for my OH and her mother. Turns out her mother's passport/birth cert name is Ellen, and not Helen, which is the name she uses and is on her bank details etc.

She's an elderly woman who needs all the mobility help to the seat etc. Do you reckon they'll charge the €110? Any previous experience with this type of thing would help.

Call them on +353 1 812 1212 and say you are in Paraguay at the moment and cannot ring Irish premium rate numbers (if they ask)

log into your reservation online on their website if you were checking in, look for the amendment/flight change button. You should be able to complete it there.

I had to change a flight recently and it was one of the most hassle free flight changes I have ever made!

I rang ryanair yesterday for a date change. they were very quick on the phone to sort it out, wasn't kept waiting at all...
