    William Mapother played Jason Thomas in the film 9/11.

    Apparantly whilst everyone noticed the big heroic marine locating and rescuing people from the rubble, no one noticed that he is black.

    The film about that dolphin with the prosthetic tale, apparantly the two white specialists, one of them Irish, look very much like morgan freeman? So much so he plays both of them,at the same time.

    IMO Liam neeson looked nothing like mick Collins but Brendan Gleason fits Michael Collins description a lot more

    Argo did a really good job of getting similar looking actors to the real life characters...with the excpetion of Ben Affleck,who plays some Hispanic guy!

    But the avatars were create using the DNA from the natives and the humans who were going to be them. So therefore look like them. Sigourney weaver looks like hers and Sam looks like his because its created from their DNA

    Agreed. Gleeson was superb as Collins in The Treaty, produced by RTE back in the early 90's. Portrayed him as a charming bully.

    No-one really knows what Wallace looked like tbf, there is a description of him as being a 'giant' but witten a couple of centuries after his death.
