Digiweb technicolor TG582n cant go online, asking for a password??

Hi folks I was in work today and a technician came to install the internet in my new place. I cant get online, its brining me to the router login page and i dont know the password. Its also too late to call customer service. Anybody know what i can do? Im going insane!! Thanks
