I'm thinking about renting a house in emerald square off cork street and I would like to know people's opinions of this area?

There is always positives and negatives, like everywhere.

It might be a bit rough around there, but not worse than anywhere else.

But you have Newmarket Square the CoOp Market) and the Liberties Market (Meath Street) in walking distance. Well...I love those markets, never mind
