Which diesel 7 seater?

    I am currently driving a petrol zafira. It is costing me a lot petrol wise. Ideally, I'd love to buy a diesel Toyota Verso but my 10 grand budget isn't getting me anything. Looking at diesel opel zafiras but my mechanic told me they have a lot of problems. Looking at Ford S max but they look quite big. Ideally, I want a 7 seater, doesn't have to be the bigger ones, has to be diesel and reliable. Can anyone advise?

    They're not so much troublesome as dog awful to drive. The only 7 seaters I've experience of are the Galaxy, Alhambra, Zafira and Qashqai+2. Qashqai +2 is much nicer than the Zafira to drive, but for 10k it's not in your price bracket.
