Essay portion of application for deferred offer

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm just reapplying for the course I was offered in July that I deferred. I'm just wondering does anyone know if there's a need to do the essay part of the application considering I already have the place?

The best thing to do is to call the college admissions dept. In this years CAO handbook they say that deferred applicants should contact the colleges to see if a complete application is necessary.
