The sale starts Thursday at midday. 50 books on offer over 25 hours. I got a few great bargains last time. You need to be glued to the website to get them though. The best ones sell out really quick

Book Depo...sigh. I ordered two books last Friday and they're still "Processing". Why do I keep using them? It's an abusive relationship.

Haha! I often ask myself the same thing! Last time I ordered I got 6 books and received them in 6 different deliveries over a 2 week period. But I saved €30 compared to Amazons prices so I keep going back :)

One book every half hour. In previous sales it was one book every one hour.

This the link to the Book Depository http://www.bookdepository.co.uk

There is no mention of the sale on the website though - that I can see anyway

Probably because the most popular ones sell out in a lot less than a half an hour. And the less popular ones are just not going to sell - might as well move on to the next one sooner.

I hadn't noticed it was one every half hour this time. Thur/Fri are going to be very unproductive days in work this week!

There's no confusion with the OP.
The sale starts Thursday at midday.

Starts Thursday at midday and runs for 25 hours. So it continues until 1pm on Friday.

& I am off Thurs & Fri this coming week. Bound to pick up some decent books for myself.

    Thank for sharing this :)

My last 2 orders from them were a bit slow but I eventually got them. One book was about €10 cheaper than my local book shop so I didn't mind waiting.

I've been a bit disappointed by these sales in the past but I'll keep my eye on it anyway.

    Enjoy!

There is a delivery to Eire charge of £7.45 unless you buy over £25 worth of books.

So these Book Depository sales are quite reasonable deals if you can get them.
