We are doing this the Irish way as always, stores across Europe are saying February, but paddy will be drained of every cent and not told this till they walk into the store and cannot get one.

I found out very recently that you will not be giving customers who placed online orders for the PS4 a chance to upgrade to a bundle. I am disappointed with this, will you be offering anything else to compensate for this?

Hi Paul

We gave these consoles to customer who pre ordered early. We never offered it to our customers in any other way so there is no need for compensation.

I ordered online last Feb and have still not received any confirmation, have emailed them twice requesting an update and still nothing back.

Never again will I give Gamestop another cent. I already ordered a few PS4 games from VGP and they work out about €49 inc P&P. much cheaper than GS.

16th of September. Went back in a few weeks ago to try change to the killzone bundle and was told they'd stopped taking orders. Even when I made the pre order I was told chances were slim but last when I tried to upgrade I was told I should be fine. Same bloke both times.

It seems to me they don't really have a clue what they're at tbh

It is ridiculous here, I know I keep mentioning it, but confusion of the level we are having with stores here is not happening in mainland Europe, they were ruthless with cut off points for pre orders and are sticking to their guns with dates of when new batches will be released, you only have 1 million consoles available at launch outside the US till January, it will be chaos on launch day here.

Think I'll go with VGP as well. Seems to be well recommended by people on here.

It is a very good site, just be warned that unless they change their DLC policy which makes it region locked, you will not be able to trade in your game to the likes of Gamestop as they know it is a not a EU copy.

Which one do I stick with?

Just looking at Gamestop's facebook page and someone went of a rant about no bundles for online customers and gamestop replied.

Unfortunately there was no way for us to the switchover order without losing your place for a console. We chose to not do it then as most people would prefer to be still able to get the console at launch.

I say BS if Amazon/GAME etc can do it without any problem they should too.

Well, did you have to put down a deposit with HN? if so it may be non refundable in which case you might not have a choice.
