Are there any self catering cottages to rent for 1 night only in Connemara?

    I want to book a night away for myself and the OH in Connemara for the 16th November. Something nice and secluded would be ideal as we just want to chill out and get away from everything for the night :D Thing is, everywhere seems to have a 3 night minimum stay. I've emailed a few placed through the discover ireland website to see if they would give a price for 1 night only but have gotten no reply :( Can somebody recommend somewhere please? Thanks :D

    You can try this place, Clifden Glen it's called. It's about 1km outside Clifden town on the Galway road. However, it's quite small and I'm not sure if they'd do 1 night deals, but sure you can try them.

    If it was me and I was only staying for 1 night in Connemara I'd just stay in a hotel to be honest, it's less hassle.

    Enjoy either way.

    Also try http://www.renvyle.com/. It's a lovely old style hotel in Connemara, I'm sure they'd do one night and has some lovely turf fire's and quiet lobby's. I love it. It's about 2hrs drive from Galway.
