    A lot of cardio and core work..kinda wish we'd do more weights though, i have matchsticks for arms!

    Ya cardio has become troublesome lately,so I'm trying something I like doing instead of just running for 20 minutes,also core work etc.

    hahaha that's even better than golf for stress relief :D...........AHEM..... The only red head I can think of in ff 7 is reno but he's a dude :D
