Thermal paste included with PSU?

When ordering a PSU, is it standard for thermal paste to be included with the component? ...Or does it need to be sourced separately? And then leading on from this, are there any recommended types or sources to get it from? Would thermal paste be a standard stock item in a local PC store? Sorry about all the questions :)
