NCT booking line for cancellation/free slot on a Saturday?

    So my car failed the NCT on the headlights on 21st October so I've to bring it back for a €28 retest. I got them sorted yesterday and unexpectedly have some free time today.

    Does anyone know of numbers for any NCT centre in Dublin that I could call and ask about a cancellation?

    I checked out the online booking system and no slots are showing up today or tomorrow. Would like to get it sorted today so I don't have to go taking more time off work to get it done on a week day.

    Ring ncts and let them know, they'll ring you if one becomes available.

    They are open until 9 I think in some centres, is handy if you're stuck in work 9-5

    I've pretty flexible working hours, it's just that I have free time today so would like to get it sorted.

    id take a trip to your nearest centre if your at nothing anyway. if its only headlight alighnment will only take a few mins, you might have to wait a while but should get sorted

    On a retest you can just turn up at your local centre and wait till they get a chance,

    I do it all the time:D:D:D:D
