    Fair point,

Well this morning I was in naas hospital car park when some genius tried to reverse her tank, I mean audi A8, and started getting a bit too close for my liking, beeped the horn at her and she got out and had a little hissy fit until I pointed out she was millimeters away from an insurance claim, she was about 5mm away from my bumper, like on the corner of the car, threw me some evils and drove off

There seems to be an awful lot of this happening lately, especially to people on here

Try parking as far away from the entrance Exit as possible, you can avoid all the idiots but there is a higher chance your car will not get destroyed.

I would've only i had to wait around for 5 minutes for the grandmother and she had no way of calling me or whatever, so i had to wait near the entrance :(

In Ireland you cannot so much as beep at somebody to say hello or they'll likely blow a gasket.

Yeah car park rules are as far away from door as possible.
On another crazy motoring related note, proceeded to stop at an amber light yesterday, as 1) technically you should and 2) I could see I wasn't going to clear the junction anyway. As traffic has completely stopped in front of me. Guy behind me beeps gives me the finger and drives around me cuts off three cars and then has to slam on.

1pm of an afternoon, why the rush!

Clearly I have missed to much to catch up on around here!

Last time I was around it was motors chat 3

Away from the entrance exit to the car park, and also away from the door of the shop/other destination.

I have the one spot in Tesco Newbridge where I always park, for example, well away from the entrance and from the store entrance.
Same in work, well away from the entrance and away from everyone (although a v6 mondeo keeps trying to nab my spot recently )

I've just spotted an MG3 and I'm glad to report they look well.

I used to use Tyreland too Chris but found them too expensive!
The last time I wanted tyres I went to Big Nasty but there was none available :( but then tried centrepoint tyres and got a great tyre (5-6mm) for €45, that was a Dunlop sportmaxx in 255 35 19.
About half the price of Tyreland!

    Do clarify?
I need some replacements for the ditchfinders in the near future haha

Just looking at this and it looks like a fantastic drive, maybe we can organize this drive for a future boards meet up?

This is an absolute gem I found before by chance... It's in West Cork.

On the R574 heading for Adrigole on the Beara Peninsula.

It includes this little gem that I'm sure the Chaser would love :)
    The 530d certainly did ;)

Also, notice the rubber on the apex's :D I wasn't the first through!

Also a good road! Love a good spin up from Bray and left back into Laragh and onto Blessington!

Yeah there are a load of nice country roads out that way - out by ashford to the sally gap to poulaphouca and the lakes.

I usually just go out for a drive and make random turns in the directions of the mountains till I find a good road.

If you drive from Ashford to the sallygap you definitely drive past my house!

I've driven along that road before in my Dad's A5 and its probably been the most enjoyable motoring experience I have ever had.

    Amazing.

If you've seen the soot cloud and screeching ditchfinder tyres then I have indeed driven past your house :P

I nearly had a heart attack driving home, was sitting in traffic, and heard this horrid tappety tappety noise coming from an engine, thought mine had suddenly taken a fit.

Turns out it was the car beside me.

You should leave your Levin near your gate so we know which house is yours.

One for the Alfa fans, saw a lovely gtv cup.
We'll I think it was a gtv. I never heard of the cup part before but it did look nice.

That wouldn't work at my house. The gate isn't onto the road but you can see my house from the road! If you are down that way in the chaser you know who to call!

I was dropping my kids back to my ex earlier and my car started a dpf regen just as I was driving into Thurles:o it was stinking up the whole town (even worse than nomal:pac: ) you could see people walking down the street looking around to see what the smell was:D

Was it red? Didn't think there was a single one in Ireland.

The cup was a limited edition version of the gtv with loads of extra bodywork and features.

Yea it was red, with an English Reg.

I'll take a pic later if it's still there.
