I'm a comedy fan, so mine is Randy Marsh from South Park. The man is a legend to me.

In drama, I would say Daniel Plainview from There Will Be Blood. A highly complex character, brilliantly played by Daniel Day Lewis.

You know that Southern Comfort ad where the old guy is getting his hair washed in a salon? He looks up, gets a nod from the Pam Grier looking bird, then lies back down to resume the wash, drink in hand.... It's between him and the heavy guy out of the other Southern Comfort ad where the he's strutting down the beach, gives the girls a nod then strides on, drink in hand.
All to a shitcool soundtrack.
