I am looking at flights on skyscanner and can get a good deal with E-Travel, but they are 200 euro cheaper than the airlines website. I am just wondering is it safe and reliable to book with them has any one ever heard or had any bad experiences?

hi davy can you help me please? I booked online with e-travel about 10 minutes ago and everything seemed ok but I went straight onto the airlines website and typed in the booking number they emailed me and it would come up and said the number was incorrect? Should i be worried or does it take some time to come through?

Make sure your using the correct booking number, your email confirmation probably has a booking ref for e-travel and then a different ref for the airline (PNR).

Also you wont be able to see all details on the airline site like you would booking direct. You can do certain things, but adding bags or other things you will have to email or ring e-travel and they can do it for you. Some options have a 'Booked via travel agent"

Example for seats on aerlingus. Click in, and then you see the link to book seats when used a booking agent.
