PS4 Pre-Order Thread! Where are you getting yours?

Anyone in the Sligo area want to take my pre order off my hands ? Won't be getting it anymore and can't get a refund for it. In Smyths so plenty of good bundles with them

I thought Smyths would refund your deposit if you changed your mind ?

If they wont refund the money and you are only looking for your deposit back, i would suggest heading down on launch day, you should have no problems getting rid of it then (assuming you are guaranteed one for launch)

I was guaranteed in August when I ordered a console on launch day. As was another guy who pre ordered at the same time, in XtraVision.

I should get one order the killzone mega bundle which are day one.

Got an email from the saying " Killzone bundles will be divulged in the next few weeks, if you pre-booked a day one PS4 you should receive a call soon from your store about this option."

So it would appear XtraVision have enough stock for those who ordered before the cut off date

I was in HN in Waterford at lunchtime. I asked if they had any KZ bundles left to order. The guy told me that I could order one if I wanted but it was not guaranteed to be there launch day. He said that there was a chance I would get one as there was only 3 pre orders for the KZ bundle in the store ,but he said that they where not sure if the bundle was part of the 1st day allocation .

Just some info for you lads that ordered in HN.

I have mine through Xtra vision.

Why are people ordering from amazon france??

Yehh. I'm getting mine for day 1. I was talking to a manager who told me that head office has been in contact with Sony and that Sony reackons that most of the orders will be fullfilled before xmas ,probably within 2wks of launch, even those orders placed till the end of septemberin Xtra Vision. You might not get the bundles though.

It's €499 in France but we have to pay the higher Irish tax and I think that price was including delivery.

French VAT is 19.6% meaning that the Amazon are selling it for €417 + VAT

Irish VAT is 23% so an Irish shop will be selling it for €406 + VAT, but if someone here buys from France we pay the French price of €417 and the higher vat and then there's shipping.

If you want the extra controller and camera, it makes sense if you can't get a bundle here.

Just be wary that amazon.de has a habit of cancelling electronic items that are being sent outside of Germany just before they are due to be dispatched, the French site could be the same, a lot of people had issues getting the Samsung Ativ sent over here when it was a bargain alert.

Well game.co.uk are promising ps4 for Xmas you also could try amazon or go to xtravision,Smyth toy store,GameStop and put your name down for phase 2 or try Harvey Norman you migth be able to get one for launch if your lucky try in store or online.best of luck

Harvey Norman online has the killzone bundle for €429 if you want that migth get it at launch.
