    Actually, turns out it's the BLB Mosquito. Although it and the Cardiff one are basically versions of the Brooks Swallow.

    Apologies. I read it in an angry voice for some reason, not really sure why :)

    Anyhow, the OP didn't mention what the bar tape is. I don't know if BLB do a line of leather bar tape but since most of the stuff on the bike came from them it's possible.
