Hmm not yet updated to the bundle for me (ordered July 9th) but it did curiously change from "Not yet dispatched" to "Pre-ordered".

It's in the EU so its fine. You might get charged a little extra like the way the UK has 19% VAT and we have 23%, Amazon UK pass that on, I don't know the French VAT rate. Only thing is you will get a EU two pin plug power lead. You will need to get a UK power lead or a 13amp 2-3 pin plug adaptor.

I think the ps3 plug will work.are the killzone bundles day one

I don't know what leads the slim PS3 use but my phat PS3 uses a standard "kettle lead", the PS4 uses a smaller lead (2 pin female) from the unboxing vids I have watch of the American and EU versions.

Yea the slim uses the 2pin lead.i preordered ps4 online from gamestop mid august.dont think il get day one so I took a chance on amazon france.ya never know

If I pre ordered COD ghosts for ps4 on gamestop, would I get the game when its released for ps3 or would I get it on the day the ps4 arrives?

I think you'll get it on the 5th Nov.A few sites are stating the fact,here's a quote from Amazon Uk

Rang xtravision this morning to ask about when they're going to be ringing people about the bundle upgrades. He said we have no info on it yet. Asked where I was on the list he said we can't tell it just says wave 1 or 2. So are they just going to pick people at random to see who gets the bundles if there isn't enough to go around all the people in wave 1 ? bit of a joke !!

My Amazon order hasn't updated yet. I'm probably well down the queue (ordered August 22nd) and picked the mega/gamer bundle (KZ, Extra Controller, Camera) which is probably going to be the most popular.

Getting antsy, even though it said your original estimated date stands :pac:

Just came across this article on the DualShock 4 controller.

It seems SONY did Experiment with different analogue stick layouts, primarily that of the XBOX but in the end went with the two low down analogue stick purely because they felt this was the "Playstation look".

I'm very disappointed that they went with form over function and their sole justification is purely for aesthetic reasons, even though an Xbox layout would have been better.

The controller was the main reason I chose Xbox 360 over PS3, and now that I'm going back to Ps4 I really hope the controller doesn't disappoint.

The problem with the DS3 was how close the sticks were together and the small size, the DS4 is much large and they're very far apart.

Also the DS4 works on PS3 natively apparently as long as it's wired, they may up date the PS3 to use it via Bluetooth but who knows.

ooooooooh controversial!!!!!!! ;-) I like it but I do agree with you. But it is the familiarity of it I like. I'm hoping I can learn to love Killzone this year. I ordered the Mega bundle because of it's value not necessarily because Killzone came as part of it.

I'm in the same boat. I much prefer the Xbox 360 controller to the the PS3s. I'm very willing to give the DS4 a try, but the position of the sticks on the Xbox controller, the size of the pad, the shape and resistance of the stick itself all feel good to me.

On the DS3, the sticks are too close, feel too "loose" and have that weird mushroom shaped top, and the left stick is in the wrong position (for my liking, at least!)

Anyways, worst case scenario, and I dislike the DS4 as much as the DS3, I'm surely there'll be adapters available to connect the X1 pad to the PS4, just as there were similar adapters available for this current gen.

all of the staff assured that it will indeed be day 1 as they arent getting anymore after launch day....

Went into Gamestop earlier to change the Watchdog bundle. I got two choices, upgrade to the Killzone bundle or just the PS4 on its own. Went with the latter cause I really not bothered to get Killzone. No mention of Assassins Creed or bundles they might be doing.
With all the copies of Killzone been sold at launch, I cant see it demanding much of a trade in price in the future.
