Did you get that text to come in and pick up your bundle?

It's Smyths in blanch which is fairly big. - They told me they would be getting in around 60-70 consoles on launch day.

I picked the console only "bundle" - partly to play it safe but partly because I have no interest in the games they were bundling

Did anyone manage to get a Killzone bundle from any of the Dublin Gamestops yet, I am still waiting to hear if I did or not, most likely it will be not though.

I did(KZ mega bundle), from the Square last thursday afternoon.

EDIT: If you haven't heard yet it would suggest to me that you are too far down the list to be offered a bundle.

Seems some stores got this done quicker than others,if I don't hear by 6pm today I will check out in the store tomorrow,I am getting worried now though.

Just give them a call and ask the question. I rang my local Gamestop last week and preordered my bundle but was told I was due to get a call the next day anyway.

I have been asking for weeks now if I can prebook a bundle,damn them to hell if I don't get one,I prebooked my console way back in June so I should be thereabouts to get one,think I will go in later today rather than leaving it till tomorrow.

I just happened to be in the shop when they were going onto the system.

Preordered in june aswell, but they must have missed me when they were calling every1 about the bundles so they say and missed the kz mega bundle, im sure the store made sure all their mates got it

My mate is the manager in town and he did tell me as soon as they came on the system, which was 3 weeks ago tomorrow, but as soon as he told me I told everyone here :pac:

Anyone know about GameStop online yet ? As I pre ordered back at the 1st week in June so I think I should be OK with that but has anyone ever changed there address for a GameStop order ?

For launch, no. Only killzone & mega.. both of which are sold out most places.

Ohh ...and ps, It was pointed out to him on YT that his tracking number is there for all to see . So,first one to that address with a "forget me stick" gets a free PS4 .

Was in gamestop today. Talking to the guy behind the till. I was just curious as to how many pre-orders this store had gotten for both the xbox one and ps4. They had about 20 for each console he told me. By the end of July they had stopped taking pre-orders for launch. He then went onto say that they wouldn't have nearly enough for everyone on that list. Meaning people who ordered as far back as June and July won't be getting a ps4/xbone from gamestop on launch they aren't going to notify the customers that they won't get a launch console until the day of. He even told me that they'd sent emails out confirming and guaranteeing launch consoles to customers wen they already knew they wouldn't have enough to go around. Pretty bizarre.

Funny I've never been asked for an email address in Gamestop when preordering anything not even my PS4. A phone number alright. Would also be unusual to admit such bad business practice to a customer.

Wondering if there is anywhere left around South Dublin(or online) I could get a PS4 pre ordered for release day, I know I'm being veeery optimistic but anyway!

I've gone to 3 stores so far and they have them all gone for release and they don't know when they'll get the second batch in.

You don't have to believe me. I'm just letting you know what I was told. I assume the email part involved people emailing them asking about their pre-order.

Well Gamestop have not even had the common decency to formally post notice that online customers are not allowed to upgrade to a bundle so I would not be surprised at what they are capable of.

I know alot of people that well cease trading with them once/if they get their consoles from GS and they will just get their games online from Amazon or videogameplus.ca from then on.

As much as I would like to help Irish guys and gals in the stores as I have done by pumping money into their stores I just cannot justify giving their company another cent.
