Apartments in Belgium - furnished or unfurnished?

Does anyone know if apartments/rental accomodation in Belgium generally comes furnished or not? I'm assuming it's unfurnished not but browsing through ads and some show photos where the rooms are furnished

Most are unfurnished in my experience. Probably some exceptions as always though.

It should say it on the AD.

You can rent furnished alright, but then you are just renting the furniture also.

On an apartment thats around 800 euros a month, generally you'll pay an extra 200-300 euros / month furnished.
