Help - can't check my credit on 3!

Everytime I call the 3 balance number 1745 I get the usual automated voice saying to please check the screen to view your account balance however when I do it says 'Sorry your balance cannot be displayed - please try again'. This happens everytime and I can't check what credit I have left. Is there an alternative number or…
