I was up in Wicklow yesterday evening. Heard a fair bit of whistling mainly coming from Lugala. Not so much noise outside of the Lugala estate.

Id say its under way alright, but just not in full tilt as yet. A few cold nights and it will be in full swing.

Don't worry. I am heading up this afternoon and I will get him for you.:)
Got his younger brother yesterday evening. A couple of big lads calling deep in the woods around me. First come first served and i gave it to a pricket that poked his head around a furze bush to see what was going on. Had him back in the van with a half an hour of shooting light to go.
