That must be at the entrance on the left into the Estate where fas is and on the right entrance to NCT centre... badly needed indeed......
    That's the one!
Yeah, badly needed there. But it's gonna be bedlam trying to out of the estate at that entrance while the works are going on! There's going to be a Stop/Go system in place.

I see there is another new roundabout going at the northern entrance to the estate, just down from the one at the entrance to the northern extention.
Work starting October 21st and estimated to take 3 months.

    To build a roundabout.......

What's the orangey thingy for? A bike lane?

Wow 3 months what a joke, shopping centres have been built sooner. Its badly needed though, the amount of cars that travel at high speed coming from the Genzyme direction is scary- manys the time I turned right from the estate only to have a car right up my bumper 2 seconds later..

Sorry, I left the legend off in the screenshot.

Light grey - Proposed 7.0m main carriageway
Dark grey - Proposed 2.0m Footpath
Orange - Proposed 1.5m cycle lane
    dashed line - existing kerb
light green asterisk/snowflake - existing tree
grey asterisk/snowflake - existing tree to be removed

So there is going to be a cycle lane introduced at the junction.

Seems the works started this morning.
First with removing the hedges and trees on the Honeywell side of entrance.
