Tesco Visa Chargeback experience

Has anyone successfully made a chargeback claim through Tesco Visa? I've made two disparate claims recently but both were declined. Also, is there any prospect of an equivalent to the UK's Section 75 protection being introduced in the ROI?

Do you mind me asking why your request/claim was rejected? Never hat to do chargeback with Tesco, but I generally found them spot on when it comes to suspicious transactions on the account.
