    1. As a Married man am I entitled to claim €3300 Personal Tax Credit as my Wife is also claming €3300 Personal Tax credit
    2. I Commenced trading Jan 2013 - Do I make a Preliminary Tax return this month for 2013 or do i leave it to October 2014. If it is 2014 do I make a prelim for 2014 and full payment for 2013

A married couple only get one €3,300 married credit so if your wife has it then you get 0.

You should pay something against '13 it will make life easier. It is really difficult to manage if you leave it until next year with '13 and '14 together.
