Any suggestions for an interesting route (50-60k)?

You could try Ardmore, Clashmore, Dungarvan, Helvic Harbour, coast road back to Ardmore , 65km, quiet roads, great scenery.

Try Ardmore, Ring, Dungarvan, Cappoquin, Villierstown,Clashmore and back to Ardmore 65/70k along the Blackwater Valley
