Not a surname but I deal regularly with a guy whose first name is Cock. Relatively common in the Netherlands apparently.

I've also come across a Fred Fuchs. An Irish one that amuses particularly Americans is Hoare in its various spelling versions
    Kok.

I'm one of those people whose parents thought it was a great fantastic idea to give me a double barrelled surname. I'd have to say my own, no one can ever spell it because they always think it's one name. I was giving details over the phone one time for a letter and the guy just couldn't get his head around it, until I told him there was a hyphen in the middle. So the letter eventually came in with "(surname1)hyphen(surname2)

I know a lad Cocking, but it doesn't merit a laugh cause he's a serious dude and has probably killed people, therefore may kill me!

I know another bloke called Ongooly-Snoot. Apparently he's welsh!

I used to use the name Drew Peacock as an alias if over pushy reps kept ringing my place of businesses.
Used to make me smile to see any correspondence arrive addressed to my alias

I remember that being in some tabloid years ago, a mr and mrs peacock named their baby son drew, apparently it never occurred to them until after they had named him and by then it was newsworthy.

I used to deal with a guy in the States called Bud Bumgardner. You could hear the muffled laughs when he introduced himself on conference calls.

(A corruption of the german Baumgartner - those registrars at Ellis Island have a lot to answer for)
