Anyone having difficulty downloading it? It keeps telling me the update is unavailable and to change store.

I would try deleting the app, and then opening the App Store, and go to the Updates>Purchased tab. Find and install Jelly SMS from there.

This is also worth having a read of:

I've tried that a few times on my Ipad and iPhone and keep getting the same message.

All purchased app can be downloaded for free always. Are you sure you didn't get the free app and upgrade within it? They are two separate apps.

I think I had that too. Just signed out of the App Store and then back in.
