Why does somebody need an operation to reduce their food portions?

I didn't need surgery to give up cigarettes.

Dont overweight people have willpower or is that just for thin people?

Some would say that as a society, when it comes to medical or mental health issues we come together as a whole to look after the weaker members and I've no problem with that.

That being said, I object to my tax euros being used to fund workshy, multi-generation families of tossers and layabouts.

Is it wrong that I'm eating straight from a tub of Chokablok Chocolate Extremist ice cream while listening ?

Baldbear put the idea into my head and I remembered there was some in the freezer.
