Mountain Bike Trails in North Tipperary

I'm in Limerick for the week (from Wicklow) on a training course and staying with some family members in Nenagh for the duration. I have brought my mountain bike with me and was hoping to get out on some trails in the evening time (course finishes at 4:00), however, I haven't a clue of any local trails. Can anybody help?

Would you be able to drive any distance?

Their is:
~ The Clogheen Loop with details here.
~ Ballyhoura Trail with details right here;
~ Or, have a look here for varying trails throughout the country. You may find some relatively close to you (if you cannot drive any distance);
