A bit late to the party but I would be firmly on the side of the Range Rover driver on this one not getting into why just to leave this New York Times article which says the driver has not been charged and stating the driver was beaten and sufffered lacerations to his face.

Yep. Mine didn't achieve that much camber that it popped the spring.
We both now understand the risks of under steers though.

Total lack of common sense there, why idnt he either just ditch it and be 100% guaranteed not to hit any other road users or just ram it into the centre divider.

He screams at cars ahead like it's their fault for being in the way, just ditch it ffs.

Leak in a gas conversion I would say, or maybe they had a gas canister in the car. Seemed to be a green tint to the flame later in the video.
