Hi there Im trying to get some information regarding PPI insurance, I have been waiting to get through to your helpline with the last 31 minutes!!!!  I took out a bank loan with you in 2007 and had PPI on it, what is the criteria to get a refund?   I work part-time 19.5hrs and also have a long term illness that I had at the time of taking out the insurance. Looking forward to hearing from you

    Hi Spookypixie,

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

As you took out your loan in 2007, you should be part of a PPI review and should have received a letter by now.

Can I ask if you have received any letter?

    Thanks

    Billy
