Lacquer coming off car

    Hi,
    Can anyone give me some advice on what I should do.
    The lacquer is coming off on my car. I am guessing it's very expensive to have the car repainted?

    laquer is almost completely off my bonnet (98 primera) i guess it was badly done (badly i imagine) to cover stone chips at some point before i owned it

    was quoted once 300 euro just for repainting the bonnet (didnt bother its a 98 primera)
