As per title, I have lost the Vehicle reg doc(2007 car) and am selling car privately tomorrow. What are my options?

    Many thanks in advance.

Apply for a replacement, it will take at least a week to come through though.

As a buyer, I'd not be happy that the reg doc is not available and it would make me suspicious as to the provenance of the car

Put off the sale until you get the replacement doc?

You download the RF134 form and fill it out. Then get it stamped by the Gardaí and bring it along with €12 to your local motor tax office where they will send it off. You will have a replacement log book in the post in about 1 week.

+1 on this, I'd be very suspicious of this.

Inform the buyer if you haven't done so already anyway, just so there are no nasty surprises when they come with you tomorrow.

As above, they're normally quite quick to get the log book out to you - keep looking though! You might find it!
