Hey lads,Until now my Sharkoon Drakonia has been amazing. Last night it was working perfectly,Now it wont move on screen,i can click the left and right mouse buttons but the cursor will not move,I have installed my Motherboards Driver disks twice but to no effect,Windows Device manager says the following.

Sometimes the numbers at the end of that message change,iv seen 01,02,04 and 05.

Have you got another mouse to check? If so, go into device manager, uninstall the old mouse, including any stored drivers if it asks, and then reboot + connect mouse back up

Did you try mouse on another pc/laptop? Did you get installation disc with mouse?

Your mouse should have standard plug and play functionality without drivers.
Secondly, you said your mouse buttons worked, but movement doesnt.

    Perhaps an optical/laser issue?

As previous poster said, try in a different PC and see
