Adding a demand deposit account to 365 bol

I was in my local BOI branch last week and I opened a demand deposit account and I got the account number. I added the account to my 365 bol on friday and it still hasnt appeared with my other accounts on line. How long would it normally take to add an account on line? thanks.

Hi Bpmull,

It would generally take up to five working days. If you requested this during working hours on Friday, we would expect the account to be added for you by this Friday at the latest.
