My housemate is from Spain, but completing an internship in Dublin at the moment. She has an issue with her health - a rash broke out on her arm and is not clearing up, despite applying cream. She may be having an allergic reaction.

She has a European Health Insurance Card. However, she is unaware how best to use it. We live in Dublin City Centre. She'd like to have a doctor take a look at it, ascertain whether it is serious and how best to clear it up, possibly write a prescription etc. Is there a list of GPs in Dublin who accept the EHIC?
