valvetronic motor replace cost?

The car was hooked up for diagnostic and turns out the valvetronic motor needs to be replaced (vanos?) anyway was just wondering what kind of cost this would be at a main stealer would anyone know? e90 318i 2006 62k km.

yeah... i wouldnt be getting that work done on that car in a dealer... Try valdas motor confidence...

the valvetronic motor is totally different to the vanos units. I belive your engine would be a n46 in which case it won't have the valvetronic system but will 2 have vanos units. what issues are you having with the car

The valvetronic motor needed replacing I was just curious as to the cost.
