That sounds unlikely even they like the idea - Lidl have just upgraded their Ardkeen shop, throw in Tesco and Arkdeen Stores and you wonder if there is space.

I think the rumour was the location was on the waste-ground at the rear of Oskars/Ballinakill Shopping Centre.

They were denied planning permission to build beside the woodlands hotel as far as I know.
